MILWAUKEE, Wis. – Yesterday, Josh Kaul passed on standing on stage with Joe Biden and Tony Evers for the President’s visit to Wisconsin – even though Kaul champions the same unpopular and disastrous policies.

Eric Toney, Fond du Lac County District Attorney and law enforcement’s choice for Attorney General, released the following statement:
“Josh Kaul was too embarrassed to stand with President Biden and Governor Evers on Monday in Milwaukee. Kaul skipped Biden’s Milwaukee speech on Labor Day, despite being in Milwaukee earlier in the day. Kaul didn’t even mention Biden’s visit on his Twitter page.

“Kaul was endorsed by Biden in 2018. It’s time for Kaul to answer if he supports Biden running for re-election in 2024.”
District Attorney Eric Toney is endorsed by over 100 Sheriffs, District Attorneys, and Police Chiefs, and has been unanimously endorsed by the Wisconsin Fraternal Order of Police State Lodge, the Milwaukee Police Association, the Racine Police Association, and the Milwaukee Police Supervisors Organization.
