LAKE GENEVA…In his bid for State Assembly, Tyler August has earned the endorsement of local US Congressman Bryan Steil (R-Janesville). August, of Lake Geneva, was the only Republican running for the 32nd District to be endorsed.
“Tyler has a proven record of delivering results for our communities,” said Congressman Steil. “He has prioritized fighting for lower taxes, smaller government, and against wasteful spending in the State Capitol.”
This isn’t the only endorsement August has earned recently. August was the only candidate endorsed by both Wisconsin Right to Life and the NRA, where he received an A+ rating. August was humbled by the backing.
“I truly appreciate the support from Congressman Steil,” said August. “While the congressman has been fighting the Biden administration’s reckless spending and rampant inflation, we have had to keep the Evers administration in check here at the state level.”
August will be on the ballot Tuesday, August 9. In addition to the Lake Geneva and Delavan areas, the boundaries of the 32nd District have shifted to now include communities west of Geneva Lake including Williams Bay, Walworth, Fontana, and Sharon.
