MINOCQUA, WI — U.S. Rep. Tom Tiffany, R-Minocqua, has submitted more than 2,000 nomination petition signatures — including from every county in the sprawling 7th congressional district — less than a month after announcing his run for re-election.

Tiffany said the submission and sheer number of grassroots volunteers activated shows growing momentum and broad support for his campaign.

“I have traveled the district and talked to people from different communities with diverse backgrounds and a wide variety of political views,” said Tiffany. “But one thing they all agree on is that the Biden-Pelosi policies of the last two years aren’t working.”

“It’s no secret that decades-high inflation, record gas prices, runaway spending, open-borders and surging crime are making life worse for Wisconsin families,” Tiffany added. “The fact that we’ve gathered signatures from folks from every corner of the district underscores the broad-base of support for ending the one-party power monopoly in Washington.”

Tiffany is the first — and so far, only – congressional candidate to submit the maximum number of nomination signatures in the state.
