The United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America (UAW) Citizenship and Legislative (CAP) Committee has endorsed Judge Lori Kornblum for election to the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, District 2.

“There is a clear choice in this race and we are strongly supporting Judge Lori Kornblum,” said Andrew Stark, Chair of UAW Wisconsin State CAP Council and President of UAW Local 9 at MolsonCoors in Milwaukee. “Judge Kornblum’s opponent worked with Scott Walker and defended Act 10. Working families in Wisconsin deserve a Judge like Lori Kornblum who treats everyone with respect and who values fairness and equal justice under the law.”

“The UAW is a large and diverse union and represents workers in many sectors of the economy and in many different kinds of workplaces,” said Judge Kornblum. “I am pleased to earn the UAW’s support in this important campaign.”

Judge Kornblum will be on the April 5 ballot in a 12-county area including Calumet, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Kenosha, Manitowoc, Ozaukee, Racine, Kenosha, Walworth, Washington, Waukesha, and Winnebago counties. More information can be found at her website, www.electjudgelorikornblum.com.
