I would like to thank everyone for all the support you have given throughout this campaign. I would not trade the experiences of the past six months for anything. We may not have succeeded in winning the election, but we ensured our voices were heard.
We have all helped build upon the foundations of democracy we have all grown up in. The countless conversations with voters throughout the district have restored my faith in the future of our state and country. The struggle to ensure the future Wisconsintes deserve is far from over, but I know there is light at the end of the tunnel.
I would also like to thank everyone who worked at the polls throughout the election. In the current climate, it is not an easy task, but you are the people that make it possible for all our voices to be heard.
I wish Representative Elect Goeben the best in her new position representing all people of the Fifth Assembly District. I hope everyone in our community can come together to build the future we deserve.
