VoteVets this morning launched a new TV ad knocking Incumbent Republican Ron Johnson as a self-serving senator who has made people “feel left behind.”

VoteVets said it’s spending $1 million on the ad, which will run on broadcast and cable TV in Green Bay.

The 30-second spot opens with Vietnam vet Ken Grzesiak criticizing Johnson for signing a tax cut that benefitted his and his donors’ businesses. Grzesiak also says a big lesson he learned in Vietnam was, “You leave no one behind.”

“And let me tell you, people around here are feeling left behind right now,” he says. “My senator seems to be only serving himself.”
