MADISON, Wis. – Ron Johnson admitted that he would support Congress imposing a national abortion ban.
“From voting to confirm anti-choice Justices to supporting a national abortion ban, Ron Johnson has made taking away Wisconsinites’ right to make their own health care decisions a top priority. Johnson’s dangerous and out of touch efforts are a direct threat to Wisconsinites’ freedoms,” said Democratic Party of Wisconsin Senate Communications Advisor Philip Shulman.
This comes after Johnson took credit for helping overturn Roe v. Wade, which in Wisconsin, has eliminated access to nearly all abortions.
