MADISON, Wis. — In response to Ron Johnson voting against legislation that would lower prescription drug costs, Democratic Party of Wisconsin Senate Communications Advisor Philip Shulman released the following statement:
“Ron Johnson has made it clear he is on the side of Big Pharma as he voted against critical legislation that would lower prescription drug costs for Wisconsinites. This comes after Johnson has repeatedly voted to allow insurance companies to raise health care costs on Wisconsinites, and they will hold him accountable for prioritizing his self-serving agenda over their best interests in November.”
