“Tonight’s debate solidified that Senator Ron Johnson is completely out of touch with Wisconsinites and there is only one person in this race who will serve Wisconsin: Mandela Barnes. Ron Johnson is in Washington focused on his self-serving agenda that only benefits himself and his biggest donors–whether it’s taking away Wisconsinites’ reproductive freedoms, trying to cut Social Security and Medicare, or helping his bottom line. Lt. Governor Mandela Barnes understands Wisconsinites – he is the son of a public school teacher and a third shift UAW worker and a champion for the middle class who will bring manufacturing back home and fight for working people.”
