This weekend, radical U.S. Senate candidate Mandela Barnes stated he would support the so-called “Inflation Reduction Act” – the Senate Democrats’ latest party-line attempt to push their social agenda through Congress, which would only increase inflation in the near future.
So what would the “Inflation Reduction Act” actually do?
- Raise taxes by more than $300 billion.
- Increase the tax rate paid by nearly all taxpayers, including a $17 billion tax hike on taxpayers earning less than $200,000.
- Saddle manufacturers with half of all new taxes.
- Oh, and it would actually increase inflation in the short run and would not reduce inflation any time soon.
“Within days of being anointed the Democrat nominee U.S. Senate in Wisconsin, Mandela Barnes is already revealing himself to be just another tax and spend politician dead set on sticking low- and middle-income earners with the bill for another liberal wish list.” – Republican Party of Wisconsin Rapid Response Director Mike Marinella
