This Fourth of July weekend, Wisconsinites will celebrate the independence of our nation and honor the sacrifices of those who have fought our freedoms.
But at an event last year, Wisconsin Lt. Governor and Democrat Senate candidate Mandela Barnes had some other thoughts, decrying America’s founding. Dan O’Donnell of 1130 WISN uncovered a video of Barnes saying, “things were bad. Things were terrible. The founding of this nation? Awful!”
