Tanbark Talks, one of Expo’s newest educational offerings, invites attendees to begin their day at World Dairy Expo with insightful and inspirational sessions in a comfortable setting. This year’s Tanbark Talks are scheduled at 9:00 a.m., Wednesday through Friday, in The Tanbark and feature dairy innovation, a dairy farming Olympian, and a live taping of the U.S. Farm Report.

U.S. Farm Report host Tyne Morgan will host and film a one-hour session featuring a panel discussion focused on markets, industry news and trends. This Tanbark Talk is your chance to experience a live taping of a national TV program and learn from some of the best in the business. Panelists include Dan Basse, AgResource Company, Mike North, ever.ag, and Scott Brown, dairy economist, University of Missouri.

Meet Dairy Farming Olympian, Elle St. Pierre
Elle St. Pierre grew up on a dairy farm in Vermont where she developed a passion for the dairy industry and dairy education. She is currently the American Indoor Mile and Two-Mile Record Holder, a 2019 World Championship Finalist, a 2020 Olympic Trials Champion, and a 2020 Tokyo Olympic Finalist in the 1500-meter race.
Serving as the meeting place of the global dairy industry, World Dairy Expo brings together the latest in dairy innovation and the best cattle in North America. The global dairy industry will return to Madison, Wisconsin for the 55th event, October 2 – 7, 2022, when the world’s largest dairy-focused trade show, dairy and forage seminars, a world-class dairy cattle show and more will be on display.
