Sen. Agard: Statement on shared revenue bill public hearing

MADISON – Today, the Senate Committee on Shared Revenue, Elections and Consumer Protection will hold a public hearing on Senate Bill 301, the Republicans’ shared revenue proposal. Dept. of Natural Resources: Incidental take notice for Ozaukee County

MADISON, Wis. – The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) proposes to issue an authorization for the incidental taking of a rare plant, which may result from the I-41, STH 60 to STH 32 Rehabilitation in Ozaukee County.   “Incidental take” refers to the unintentional loss of individual endangered or threatened animals or plants that does not put the species’ overall population at risk. Dept. of Transportation: Statewide travel update for Memorial Day weekend

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) reminds Memorial Day weekend travelers to slow down on Wisconsin roadways and “know before you go” with 511 Wisconsin – either online at 511wi.gov or via the 511 Wisconsin app. “Speeding and reckless driving continue to be major problems on Wisconsin roadways and across the nation,” WisDOT Secretary Craig Thompson said. “The summer travel season is upon us and we’re urging drivers to slow down and stay focused on the road ahead. MADISON | MILWAUKEE, WI – Representatives from the Wisconsin Center for Nursing and Wisconsin Nurses Association are inviting Wisconsin legislators to a briefing about Wisconsin’s Nurse Shortage.
