MADISON ― The Wisconsin Department of Children and Families (DCF) honored six adoptive families today by presenting them with the 2023 Governor’s Outstanding Adoptive Parent Award. The awards were presented during a celebration at the State Capitol as part of Wisconsin’s proclaimed month-long recognition of Adoption Month.
