Wisconsin GOP U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson called the debt limit deadline "a phony crisis" while Dem Sen. Tammy Baldwin said, "We cannot default."
"I've called this a phony crisis, and it is," Johnson said on “UpFront,” which is produced in partnership with WisPolitics. "If you had a responsible treasury secretary, a responsible president, they would take default off the table."
