Dane County Circuit Court Judge Everett Mitchell has launched his first advertising of the campaign, a digital ad in which he says justice "isn't just what you say. It is also what you do."
Mitchell's campaign said it is a five-figure digital buy running in Madison and southeastern Wisconsin.
In the spot, Mitchell introduces himself as a father, husband, judge, pastor and community leaders....
