MILWAUKEE, WI — Molly Gena, candidate for Milwaukee Municipal Court Judge Branch 2, announced today that she has earned the endorsement of the Milwaukee Area Labor Council.
“Molly Gena will be a champion of working people and work tirelessly to make our Municipal Court accessible and understandable for residents appearing before her,” said Pam Fendt, President of the Milwaukee Area Labor Council. “We’re proud to endorse her as our choice for Milwaukee Municipal Court Judge.”
“I’m truly honored to have the support of the Milwaukee Area Labor Council in my race for Municipal Court Judge,” said Gena. “Throughout my 15 years of service as a legal aid attorney, I’ve been proud to help working people navigate the court and ensure that everyone is treated fairly, regardless of their ability to pay for legal representation. I’m looking forward to bringing my dedication to equity, transparency, and accessibility with me on the bench.”
Gena is a civil legal aid attorney and has appeared in courts throughout Wisconsin. She has represented hundreds of clients in Milwaukee Municipal Court over more than 15 years and has a deep understanding of the court’s strengths and opportunities.
Gena lives in Milwaukee with her husband and two children.
