“The faculty and staff of MATC represented by AFT Local 212 are enthusiastically supporting Judge Janet Protasiewicz for a 10-year term on the Wisconsin Supreme Court,” said Steven Shea, AFT 212 COPE Chair. “She believes in fairness, in upholding the rule of law, and in protecting our legal system from the corrupt influence of right-wing special interests.”

“I deeply appreciate the support of MATC teachers represented by Local 212. They help train Wisconsin’s future leaders in the trades and many other industries, and due to their leadership and expertise, we are able to compete with any workforce in the world,” said Judge Protasiewicz. “We will work together to win this battle for the high court and ensure we restore the rule of law in Wisconsin.”
