Madison, Wis. – Democratic lawmakers announced a legislative package to help the state better manage the growing impacts of climate change. The legislation builds on recommendations from Governor Evers’ Task Force on Climate Change and comes a day after President Biden and Chinese President Xi agreed to accelerate the use of renewable energy to help reduce greenhouse gasses.
