Madison – Today, the Wisconsin State Supreme Court ruled, in a 4-to-3 decision, that Wisconsin’s legislative maps are unconstitutional and must be redrawn ahead of the 2024 election.
Representative Jodi Emerson (D-Eau Claire) issued the following statement:
