MADISON, WI – Representative Krug gave the following statement following the 2023-2024 Wisconsin State Assembly Inauguration Ceremony:
“I am honored and inspired by the support I received from the constituents of Wisconsin’s 72nd Assembly District in the November 2022 election. It is truly exciting to have the opportunity to continue representing the people of Wisconsin’s 72nd Assembly District and work alongside them to continue moving Wisconsin forward.
I am looking forward to getting straight to work as Chair of the Assembly Committee on Campaigns and Elections and ensure that Wisconsin voters have full faith and confidence in our elections. I’m also excited to work with my colleagues on the Assembly Committee of Colleges and Universities, the Assembly Committee on Housing and Real Estate, the Assembly Committee on Local Government, and the Assembly Committee on Tourism.”
Representative Krug was first elected to the Assembly in 2010.
