MADISON – Representative Lisa Subeck (D-Madison) released the following statement in response to the death of former Wisconsin Governor Tony Earl.
“Governor Earl led Wisconsin with passion and understanding, and his loss will be felt around the state he served so well. He brought to his work a fierce belief that our land and water must be protected, and that all people should be treated with dignity and respect. I mourn his loss and send my sincerest condolences to his family and to the many people whose lives he touched.”
Rep. Subeck has represented the 78th Assembly District since 2015 and serves as Chair of the Assembly Democratic Caucus.
