MADISON – Rep. Tip McGuire was sworn in today for his third term as State Representative for the 64th Assembly District. Rep. McGuire made the following statement:
“It is an incredible honor to have the opportunity to represent the 64th Assembly District for a third term. As always, my top priority is ensuring that the middle class and those working their way into the middle class have a state government that is looking out for them.
“Our state has an historic surplus, meaning that now more than ever, our actions in the Legislature will set the course for the future of Wisconsin. As a member of the Joint Committee on Finance, I will be advocating for investment in the long-term health and prosperity of the working families and small businesses in our state, because Wisconsin is strongest when we grow from the middle out, not the top down.”
