MILWAUKEE – Earlier this month, Representative Supreme Moore Omokunde (D-Milwaukee) was elected by his state legislative peers to serve as Vice Chair of the Milwaukee Delegation to the Wisconsin State Legislature. Representative Moore Omokunde is currently serving his second term in the Wisconsin State Assembly after serving 4 terms on the Milwaukee County Board of Supervisors.

“I am honored and humbled to have been elected Vice Chair of the Milwaukee Delegation. From my perspective, the primary role of the Vice Chair is to support and implement a shared vision for Milwaukee with the Delegation’s Chair, State Representative Robyn Beckley Vining” stated Representative Moore Omokunde. “Second, it is the Vice Chair’s responsibility to push, promote, plan, educate, respect, and galvanize on the behalf of all of those interested in the wellbeing of the city and county of Milwaukee.  I look forward to this opportunity to work individually and collectively with city and county leaders to move Milwaukee forward!”

Representative Moore Omokunde represents the 17th Assembly District on the North and Northwest sides of Milwaukee.
