(MADISON) – Representative Melissa Ratcliff (D–Cottage Grove) has been appointed by Minority Leader Greta Neubauer (D-Racine) to the Assembly Committee on Energy and Utilities, replacing Representative Deb Andraca (D-Whitefish Bay) who has been appointed to the Joint Committee on Finance.

Representative Ratcliff will continue to serve on the Committee on Local Government, Committee on Rural Development, Committee on Veterans and Military Affairs, and the Joint Committee on Information Policy and Technology.

Representative Ratcliff released the following statement:

“I appreciate Minority Leader Neubauer’s trust in me and appreciate the opportunity to serve on the Committee on Energy and Utilities. Representative Andraca has provided exceptional service on this committee and leaves big shoes to fill. This Committee works on an array of issues that touch the lives and impact the future of my constituents and the communities I represent as well as Wisconsinites and municipalities throughout the State. I look forward to working with my colleagues to move Wisconsin forward and to be the voice for the people of the 46th district on this important Committee.”
