MADISON, WI- Representative Stubbs attended the Harvest Festival this Saturday, September 30th, 2023. The festival was hosted by the Allen Centennial Garden at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has been selected to receive a Creative Communities Grant for Folk & Traditional Arts through the Wisconsin Arts Board.
