MADISON–In response to the Law Forward lawsuit filed with the Wisconsin Supreme Court today, Representative Robyn Vining (D-Wauwatosa) released the following statement:
“The maps are rigged–Wisconsin’s legislative maps are rigged! For over a decade, the GOP’s gerrymander has allowed them to ignore widely popular legislation without so much as allowing a public hearing. This has meant that voters’ voices have been silenced by our unrepresentative maps. A lawsuit has been filed and Wisconsinites will finally have their day in court.”
