BELOIT – The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled in Clarke v. Wisconsin Elections Commission that Wisconsin’s legislative maps are unconstitutional and must be redrawn before the 2024 election. Following the decision, Sen. Mark Spreitzer (D-Beloit) issued the following statement:
