Congressman Mark Pocan has endorsed Fitchburg City Council President Randy Udell to be Fitchburg’s next Mayor.
“I have worked with Randy and know him well,” Congressman Pocan said. “He is an exceptional leader who is committed to public service. He loves the City of Fitchburg and he has the skills to bring people together to get things done. He will make an excellent Mayor and I am enthusiastically supporting him.”
“I am honored by Congressman Pocan’s endorsement,” said Alder Udell. “He is truly one of the rock stars in the Democratic Party. I admire his leadership, values, political savvy, and tireless commitment to the people he serves.”
The election for Fitchburg Mayor will be on the Spring General Election ballot, April 4, 2023.
