WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman Derrick Van Orden (WI-03) released the following statement after voting in support of H.Res. 918 to permit Committees within the House of Representatives to continue their investigations as part of the existing House inquiry into whether sufficient grounds exist for the House of Representatives to exercise its Constitutional power to impeach President Joe Biden:

“House Committees have uncovered an alarming amount of information that shows President Biden’s involvement in his family’s corrupt business activities. As Members of Congress, we have a Constitutional duty to ensure our executive branch acts honestly, morally, and in the best interest of our nation. This resolution simply allows the House to formally continue their investigations into the President and get the American people the answers they deserve.”
