MILWAUKEE—Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. tomorrow, and the ACLU of Wisconsin reminded voters that if they have any issues at the polls, they can contact the Election Protection Hotline at 866-OUR-VOTE (866-687-8683).
