MADISON — Gov. Tony Evers announced today his appointment of Benjamin Lindsay to serve as Ozaukee County District Attorney. The appointment fills a vacancy created by former District Attorney Adam Gerol’s appointment to the Ozaukee County Circuit Court – Branch 1. Lindsay will serve for the remainder of the unexpired term that ends January 2025.
