Rep. Evan Goyke today won his bid for Milwaukee city attorney against embattled incumbent Tearman Spencer.
Goyke, D-Milwaukee, held a 63%-36% margin over Spencer with 99% reporting. Spencer, who was first elected to the position in 2020, has faced issues with staff resigning and allegations of harassing female staffers.
