Dem AG Josh Kaul this morning filed felony charges against attorneys Jim Troupis and Kenneth Chesebro, as well as former Donald Trump campaign aide Michael Roman, stemming from the false electors scheme in Wisconsin.
Kaul filed a class H felony against each of the three this morning in Dane County Circuit Court, according to online records. Each has an initial appearance scheduled for Sept. 19.
