NRSC: Tammy Baldwin votes against holding Mayorkas impeachment trial

Tammy Baldwin just voted against holding a Senate trial on the impeachment of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. This is the first time in history the Senate has outright dismissed Articles of Impeachment when the individual was alive and had not resigned.
