Opportunity Wisconsin launches new ad knocking Steil

The Dem group Opportunity Wisconsin is again hitting GOP U.S. Rep. Bryan Steil on the airwaves, this time with a spot that knocks him for voting to allow credit card companies to charge higher fees.
