MADISON – The Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (PSC) is notifying residents of the various ways to participate in or observe the pending electric and natural gas utility rate cases coming before the Commission this fall.
Members of the public who want to comment at a public hearing can do so by attending physically in-person, or virtually via Zoom. As an alternative to commenting at a public hearing, members of the public may submit comments in writing at the hearing, online, or via US mail. It is important to note that a member of the public may submit comments in only one of the ways discussed above. Public comments received by the deadlines listed below become part of the official record considered by the Commission when making its decisions.
If a member of the public wants to observe a public hearing without participating, they can watch the hearing at the PSC’s YouTube channel or attend the hearing in-person but merely observe rather than testify. Spanish, Hmong, and American Sign Language interpreters will attend all in-person hearings to provide assistance. Details and additional information about upcoming public hearings are included below and at the provided links.
