Dem state Rep. Daniel Riemer, of Milwaukee, announced today he won’t seek reelection, writing in a letter to his constituents that he wrestled with the decision but decided it was what was best for him and those he represents.
Riemer, 37, was first elected to the Assembly in 2012. His decision opens up a deep-blue seat that includes Milwaukee and some of its southwestern suburbs.
