Rep. August: Gov. Evers vetoes Republican tax relief plan

MADISON… Governor Tony Evers has vetoed the middle class tax cut package sent to him by Legislative Republicans.  The veto will mean that Wisconsin families and seniors will miss out on billions in much needed tax relief.  Assembly Majority Leader Tyler August (R-Lake Geneva) criticized Evers’ rejection of what should have been an attractive investment of Wisconsin’s budget surplus.
