MADISON, WI – Earlier this week, the Wisconsin Conservation Voters (WCV) released their scorecard for the 2023-2024 legislative session. Rep. Jodi Emerson (D-Eau Claire) was awarded a perfect 100% score on the WCV Scorecard, and named a Conservation Champion.
