Today, Rep. Joy Goeben (R-Hobart) is pleased to announce AB 329 has passed another hurdle as it goes through the legislative process. Last November, the bill passed the Assembly Committee on Criminal Justice and Public Safety, 12-0 and today passed the Senate Judiciary and Public Safety Committee, 7-0.
