MADISON – Today, Representative Lisa Subeck (D-Madison) introduced “Buy Wisconsin” legislation to increase local purchasing of materials and services from companies based in Wisconsin by state and local governments.
The legislation would require the Wisconsin Department of Administration to ensure that at least 20% of all purchases by state agencies be procured from Wisconsin-based companies....
