MADISON, Wis – Today, Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin filed a lawsuit with the Wisconsin Supreme Court, requesting clarity that Wisconsin’s State Constitution does indeed protect the fundamental right of individuals to access abortion care and the right of health care professionals to provide abortion care.
