MADISON - Today, bipartisan legislation introduced by Senator Mark Spreitzer (D-Beloit) and Representative Clinton Anderson (D-Beloit) to support the City of Evansville passed the Wisconsin State Assembly. This legislation will enable city leaders to bring jobs and economic activity to Evansville through a partnership with agricultural cooperative CHS on a new soybean processing facility.
