MADISON, Wis. – Following his emphatic victory in Tuesday’s election, Sen. Patrick Testin (R-Stevens Point) has once again been selected by his colleagues to serve as president pro tempore of the Wisconsin State Senate.
Sen. Testin was first elected to the role in November of 2020 and succeeded Sen. Howard Marklein, who is the current co-chairman of the budget-writing Joint Finance Committee.
