“Congratulations to our first and second place winners on creating their apps, Botanical and TutorMe. It was great to announce the 2024 App Challenge winners at Franklin High School and to learn more about their apps. Creating an app takes time, skill, patience, and planning. The App Challenge is a great way to promote STEM education and teach students how to be innovative.”

Since 2013, the members of the U.S. House of Representatives have challenged students in their districts to create and submit original apps for a chance to win the Congressional App Challenge (CAC). Each challenge is district specific.
