8th CD candidate Tony Wied launched a new TV ad in which the businessman says “we need more common sense and less political extremism” in Washington.
The campaign said it’s a six-figure buy in the Green Bay media market.
The ad, which will run on broadcast, streaming and digital, contrasts Wied with his Dem opponent, Dr. Kristin Lyerly. He says she “supports Kamala Harris’ open borders agenda and even campaigned with extremists who want to abolish ICE.”
“I believe we must secure our southern border, stop the deadly flow of fentanyl and crack down on criminals,” Wied says.
According to AdImpact, Lyerly had $569,137 in reservations over the final two weeks of the race, while Wied had $83,572.
