WisDems: U.S. Rep. Van Orden tops list of biggest losers at the RNC

MADISON, Wis. — In its recap of the RNC, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel named its “Winners and Losers” of the convention. Chief among the losers was Wisconsin’s very own Derrick Van Orden.
