MADISON, Wis. — In its recap of the RNC, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel named its “Winners and Losers” of the convention. Chief among the losers was Wisconsin’s very own Derrick Van Orden. Van Orden spent his RNC week doing what he does best—throwing temper tantrums and hurling insults online.
