MADISON – The Wisconsin state Senate passed SB 791 on Tuesday 29-2. The bill would allow private businesses to offer electric vehicle charging by the kilowatt-hour to customers for a fee, while providing safeguards against unfair competition from taxpayer-subsidized EV charging stations.
